Issue review

Make clash results easier to act on

Group potential conflicts, add enough context to locate them, and make response ownership clear.

01

Tie a finding to a repeatable test

A geometric intersection and a maintenance clearance conflict answer different questions. The review record should make the tested rule and compared revisions visible.

  • Identify source filenames, model revisions, systems, and affected elements.
  • Record the review zone and intersection or clearance criteria.
  • Include a location and viewpoint that let the reviewer find the condition.
02

Route the issue to the right decision owner

A reported conflict is a candidate for review, not an instruction to move a system. The responsible discipline evaluates the condition and approves its design response.

  • Group repeated findings so one condition is not issued as unrelated actions.
  • Assign a discipline reviewer and a visible response status.
  • Recheck revised files against the same agreed scope and test criteria.
